Join FPA-MN, WIFS Twin Cities, and Big I as we explore how generational norms and gendered expectations shape the way women communicate, lead, and collaborate. Participants will learn practical strategies to navigate differences, strengthen relationships, and communicate with clarity and confidence in a changing professional landscape.
